Entry Fee - $300.00 per person ($600.00/team) - carts and range balls included.

Includes social activities listed above for golfer and spouse or date. Open bar Friday and Saturday Night.

Handicaps must be attested by PGA Professional and have check attached payable to Sunny King Charity Classic.

Entries are accepted on a “first come, first serve” basis only.

Entry cards must be filled out in its entirety.

Partnership handicap - no maximum stroke differential. Strokes taken as they come on the score card.

Flight to be arranged by handicap. Handicap can score no lower than par.

Maximum Teams - 204

Non participants - $75.00 per couple/per night.

GAPBA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY.

NO RAIN OUTS: All social functions will be held as scheduled.

The amount of your contribution deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes is limited to the excess of the amount of any money contributed over the value of goods or services provided. Your 2011 contribution should be reduced by $250 for each $300 contributed. Please consult your tax advisor for further details.
