Sunny King Charity Classic Registration

I, the undersigned, a participant in the Sunny King Charity Classic Golf Tournament (herein the "King Classic") hereby acknowledge that I will be held personally responsible, and do hereby accept such responsibility, for any and all damage that I cause to any real or personal property including, by way of illustration and not limitation, any golf course, as well as the improvements and other facilities located thereon, or golf carts, utilized during the King Classic and its related functions. By my acknowledgement, I hereby personally accept responsibility for any and all such damages, financial or otherwise, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless in any and all respects the Greater Anniston Business and Professional Association and its officers and members, the Anniston Country Club, Cider Ridge Golf Club, Silver Lakes Golf Course, the City of Anniston, the City of Oxford and all sponsors, volunteers and other persons or parties associated or in any manner affiliated with the King Classic from any and all liability associated with damage I may cause or fall victim to while participating in the King Classic or attending any of its related functions. I hereby warrant that I am financially capable of fulfilling any obligation which may arise as a result of this acceptance of liability.

Further, I understand that if I am under the age of twenty-one (21) years old, I am strictly forbidden from partaking of or otherwise consuming alcoholic beverages of any kind while participating in the King Classic or while attending any of its related functions. If I am caught in violation of this restriction, I understand that I will be immediately expelled from the King Classic without refund of any entry fee and restricted from participating in or otherwise attending any of its related functions.
